Delete Your EcomFlow Account
This page is for users of the EcomFlow app, developed by Mobiheal Technologies. You can permanently delete your EcomFlow account directly from inside the mobile app by following the steps below.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
All your data, including orders, addresses, and payment information, will be removed.
Steps To Delete Your Account
Open the EcomFlow app
Launch the EcomFlow app on your Android device and log in to your account.
Go to your Profile
Tap on the Profile icon from the bottom navigation or main menu.
Open Edit Profile
Tap on Edit Profile to open your account settings page.
Tap Delete Account
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap the Delete Account button.
Confirm deletion
A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap Delete to permanently delete your account. Tap Cancel to go back.
What Happens After Deletion
All personal data, order history, saved addresses, and payment information will be permanently deleted.
Your account cannot be recovered once deleted. You will need to register again to use EcomFlow.
